Sherlock Solutions is a two-person studio building small business websites, lead capture systems, and review automation for service operators in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and across the United States. Both founders work on every engagement, from the first call through launch and ongoing care.

Jeremy Sherlock

I’m Jeremy Sherlock, founder of Sherlock Solutions, where I help small businesses improve their online presence through small business website design, website strategy, lead capture, quote request forms, review automation, and follow-up automation. My focus is on building local business websites that do more than look good, they help service businesses, contractors, consultants, and professional firms look credible, capture more leads, and respond faster when customers are ready to take the next step.

I’m also a student at the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, where I’m studying Data Science and Predictive Analytics and playing college football as a wide receiver. In 2026, I was part of a DIII National Championship-winning team, an experience that shaped how I approach both business and life: prepare with purpose, pay attention to details, work well with a team, and execute when it matters. As the son of Justin Sherlock, I’ve also been around practical problem-solving, technology, and business systems, which has helped shape how I think about building useful digital tools for real businesses.

Sherlock Solutions was built around a simple idea: good businesses should not lose opportunities because their website, forms, reviews, or follow-up process are disconnected. Whether I’m helping Minnesota small businesses, Wisconsin companies, or service businesses in other markets, my goal is to create practical digital tools that make businesses look as professional online as they are in real life. I care about building websites and systems that feel human, work reliably, and help real customer interest turn into real conversations.

Collin Heckman

My name is Collin Heckman, and I help manage the email outreach and social media side of Sherlock Solutions. A big part of my role is finding small businesses and local service companies that could use a stronger online presence, then helping start the conversation about how we can support them. Whether that means improving their website, helping with lead capture, building better customer follow-up, or creating more consistent online visibility, my goal is to connect with business owners in a genuine way and help them see what is possible.

Outside of Sherlock Solutions, I’m a collegiate baseball player studying Business Management. Jeremy and I have been best friends since high school, where we played basketball together, and that friendship has carried into the way we are building this company. Sports have taught both of us a lot about teamwork, preparation, communication, and staying consistent. Those same values show up in how we work with business owners and approach each project.

When Jeremy and I first started talking about Sherlock Solutions, I was excited because it felt like a chance to build something that could actually help people. We both care about supporting local businesses and helping them look as professional online as they are in real life. For me, the best part is building relationships, learning about different businesses, and helping owners find simple ways to improve their websites, generate more leads, and communicate better with their customers.
